Optimum AV had the pleasure of delivering a hybrid conference for 10x Genomics. The event consisted of onsite technical support, PA system, projection in the venue for live presentation content, cameras and VMIX control system for editing live content that was being streamed out to attendees through the online platform, Zoom.
The event had eight live speakers sessions throughout the day and each presentation was delivered to 80 onsite delegates at the Clayton Hotel in Cambridge and nearly 200 virtual attendees who had joined via Zoom.
Optimum AV filmed each session and live streamed it through our VMIX editing platform in order to add graphics to the virtual offering in the clients brand guidelines, which in turn was shown to the virtual attendees in its final format.
In order to maximise the quality of the audio in the room, we provided a PA system to ensure the sound was clear and crisp throughout the day for those attending in person as well as for the virtual participants viewing the conference online.
